For example, suppose you have created a detailed and informative video file with a low “period” value, such as noiseTOP, and then applied an effect such as displaceTOP. When the video file is played back on some video player, the frame rate may drop and the video may move for several seconds even after pressing pause.
That video file is at most 60 FPS in Full HD.
How do you all deal with this?
It occurs in both Windows and Mac environments.
