Quickly Transforming Particles

Hello! I have a question about quickly transforming particles.

Currently, I am transforming particles using a transform function, but the transformation speed feels constant and slow.

Ideally, I want to transform the particles quickly and continuously in sync with the music, or mix in very slow transformations for added expression. (These works seem to have customized the speed of transformations, making them faster or slower as needed.)

Is there a good method for this? (I’ve heard there’s a way to control the timing.)
