Realsense CHOP for skelton

Hi I’m trying a skelton option for realsense but caused an error on realsense CHOP.

I installed cubemos-SkeletonTracking_3.1.2.9cc8049.exe and run post_installation.bat to verify license.
The model is D455 and SDK version is v2.38.1.
Realsense TOP works fine.
Do I need other things to do?

What is the warning on the RealSense TOP? Is the Skeleton Tracking toggle enabled on the RealSense TOP?

Aw it worked after toggle enabled, sorry.

I installed the latest SDK before, but same error occurred.
So I installed v2.38.1 following instruction but same warning happened.

Do you think which version is the best?

You will need to update the firmware on the camera to match the SDK. Once the Realsense SDK is installed, open the included “RealSense Viewer”, in this application there is a tool for updating the camera’s firmware. It should prompt your with the correct 05.12.07.100 firmware version when you ask to update the camera.

Realsense TOP works fine in TouchDesigner so far, so I’ll wait and see. Thanks!

You might try the one TouchDesigner is asking for 05.12.07.100. I don’t know if it will change but I always line it up the same and have never have problems.

Thanks Ben san. Still finding a way to down grade, but it’s good to know.
