Reducing fast constant flickering/ shimmering in my feedback edge network scene

Hello, I was wondering if there is a possible way to reduce the amount of shimmering and flickering happening in my network, I have a feedback loop with an edge and some blurring, and I plan on using it for my recital but I can figure out if i can reduce the shimmer happening from the network, not sure if some kind of math or clapping of values would help? I have attached the network for reference.
