Refer to custom parameters from inside container

I have created custom parameters for a container, which are selecting SOPs and CHOPs from outside of the container. How can I refer to these selected operators (in this case, the “null11”) from inside the container?

There is 2 ways:

  • using a parameter chop inside the container, giving the numeric values
  • using this line of Python : parent().par.nameOfParameter
