Renamed CHOP channels in expressions not invalidated

Renaming a CHOP channel used in an expression does not throw an error or warning after renaming. Even after uncook/recook, or cut/undo.

oh I guess important to add the issue is only relevant for Menu pars so far from what I’ve seen, might be others as well

I’m able to reproduce the issue and have added it to our list to be looked at soon.
