These days I’m using a lot of floating windows to navigate around complex networks. To that end I’ve been using the keyboard shortcut atl+shift+c to open a floating copy of a window.
The only catch in doing this is that it seems that the pane layout shortcuts no longer work. Clicking on one of the shortcuts will close the floating window, but not change the pane layout. This persists until Touch is restarted.
Thanks for the report, I actually found a bunch of weird stuff that happens when you use Pane Layouts with a floating or duplicate pane. This has been put in the bug database for later, unfortunately might not be high priority = soon, its tied to a few things that need a redo.
