Dont know if this is so important as anothers bugs, but I find that even if the option “On and Copy to backup folder” is enabled, doesn t work as i knew before.
So if i save it doesn create the backup folder, i need to go to preferences change to On and change back to “On and Copy to backup folder” , save and now it creates the backup folder.
Also don’t know if this is only ahppening in my computer

We definitely want backup to be working! The backup folder is created the first time it is needed, which would be the second time you saved a file. First save is current directory, second save is current directory and move file to backup folder. So I think that’s what is happening here, it won’t create the backup folder when you first saved, only on subsequent saves. We did double check that backup is working correctly. Please let us know if this is not the case.
