RESOLVED: Kantan mapper crashes Touchdesigner

Build #2020.44350 64-bit.

As soon as I try to draw a shape or place the first point, Touchdesigner crashes instantly. How do I find the crash report mentioned in other posts with this problem?

I cannot reproduce on my end.

Could you please provide more details:

  • OS
  • GPU model
  • Is the GPU driver up to date?

Hi Michel,

Thanks for the reply. I am very new to computer graphics so it may just come down to my inexperience or inadequate hardware.
I am using Windows 10 64 bit with a Nvidia Quadro FX 1800 GPU. Driver seems to be up to date.

Sadly yes - the FX 1800 seems to be under the system requirements of TouchDesigner.

While some features of TouchDesigner may work, we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter bugs or crashes.
