RESOLVED: panelCHOP doesn't pick up arrow keys?

Is it an intentional change for the panel CHOP to not register the 4 arrow keys as various brief single frame flashes of non 0 value?

The other keys on the keyboard still work fine! Arrow keys do not though.
Attaching a file, but it’s very easy to create, just drop a panel chop down and then open a viewer, and hammering keys works but arrow keys do not.

The key value given for arrow keys in previous versions of TouchDesigner isn’t a value that makes sense. With unicode in the current build the key value given is the unicode code point. Keys like shift, ctrl, arrow keys are best handled with the Keyboard In DAT (wiki updated to indicate this as best practices).
