Has anyone seen TouchDesinger unable to launch because of missing Vulcan-1.dll?
Any advice?
That .dll is provided by your GPU drivers. You either have an out of date driver, or your GPU doesn’t support Vulkan.
What GPU and driver version do you have installed?
You are correct Malcolm. We had an rather old Quadro 6000. I ended up installing the latest driver from Nvidia’s website. The latest driver from that card was released in 2018.
After installing the driver i was getting a new error saying that the Vulcan version couldn’t be determined.
Ended up just using a better video card and newer driver.
