As a foot in the door to led installations industry I’ve decided to take a small probono project - retrofitting 20x 1m led tube fixtures.
Each tube is IP67 and got own 12V/1.5A power supply.
I am in a process of finding the optimal led strip type considering reuse of delivered power, addressability per one pixel, stability at higher refresh rates and maximizing lm per wat.
Can you suggest me any state-of-art modern led stripe standard meeting those criterias?
By far I have some limited experience with ws2811 and ws2811b IC’s and I’m not entirely satisfied with stability.
Cost per meter and programing difficulties are not the factors since I would like take some extra time to stick to reliable model for future endeavours.
I really appreciate any feedback.
