Apologies in advance as this is pretty nitpicky, but it would be great for the operator select completion behavior to either return to the way it was in 2023 builds, or have the option to use the 2023 behavior.
In 2025 builds, typing ‘in’ and hitting enter when the operator selection screen is open will do the following:
TOPs tab: create an insideTOP
CHOPS tab: create an infoCHOP
DATS tab: create an insertDAT
In 2023 and before builds, the operator completion wasn’t as “greedy”, and would always choose the in[TOP/CHOP/DAT] instead of picking the longer named OP type, which I personally thought was most consistent.
In essence, it’s no longer possible to quickly create “in” operators, as one always has to click them with the mouse.
That said, the 2025 build is incredible! Thanks for all the hard work from the Derivative team.
