RFE: layermixTOP to support transitions

That TOP almost does everything, but it would be so great if we could easily add transitions (beyond a fade) to each layer.

Maybe something as simple as a phaser based transition system. You know, the one from the TOP example in the phaser CHOP snippets

So an additional “mask/phaser” TOP parameter and some kind of phase control param?

This doesn’t feel like it’s suited for the Layer Mix TOP. Seems like a separate one, or a variant of Switch,
