[RFE] `Render Frame` pulse parameter in `Render TOP`

Rationale: The render pipeline has gained increased value for precomputation of data like LUTs, blend maps, baked textures, etc… However, there is no direct mechanism or a mechanism without side effects (Cache TOP, Lock…) to be able to output just one frame from the Render TOP.

Request: Add a Render Frame pulse parameter to the Render TOP so that one can control exactly when to cook / render a new frame when the Render toggle is off.
