I’m aware of the hack to add CrashAutoSave. to beginning of file name to load in Safe Mode.
However, in the scenario where I need to open a bunch of old files to retrieve some legacy code (we’re talking potentially digging through dozens of old versions), and copy it piece by piece into my main (active; cooking) toe. It would be easier if there was some kind of shortcut way of loading a bunch of legacy files quickly in safe mode.
For example, with Photoshop, if you hold Shift while it’s loading, it’ll ask you if you’d like to reset preferences. In the same vein, if there was perhaps a keyboard key we could hold (or a button on the splash screen), to make any .toe load in Safe Mode, it would be very useful.
