SerialDAT Error - doesn't work in original project, but in new project

I’m using Arduino Uno with Touchdesigner and have some issues.

The biggest problem is that the Serial Dat doesn’t print any message in original project I used to work on.

I checked in Arduino IDE serial monitor whether it’s connection problem, but it wasn’t.

And everytime reopen the project, I have this problem.

But it works when I copy them all into a new project.

is there anyone who had the same issue and solved it?

I’m using windows and 2023.12000 version
