Sick lidar lms100 doesn't connect

Hey I try to make a sick lidar connect but with no success.
I followed the documentation and nothing seems to make it work.
Using tuio I do make it work but for my project I need it to work with the sick top.
I’ve added the photos from a new project that I opened with just the sick top and nothing else.
The status of the sick top just stays on connecting for ever and dosnt really do connect

could you share the version and build of TouchDesigner you are using?

Unfortunately, the SICK SDK doesn’t really give us any error information, so it is hard to tell what might be going wrong.

However, if you set the TOUCH_TEXT_CONSOLE=1 environment variable you can see what the SICK SDK is printing to the console which may give us some more information.
