I’m very new to touch designer and struggling with a very simple setup (or so I thought). I have a square movie file I’m trying to project across two different flat walls that are at a 90 degree from each other. I will have both projectors pointed directly across from each wall criss-crossing but the angle might not be exactly the same. I’ve figured out how to get the same movie file on both walls via two different Kantan mapper nodes. I’ve also tried projectblend but I can’t figure out how to get custom cornerpinning for each individual window output for each of the two projectors. And currently I think I might end up cropping the image in After Effects and replacing the movie files? Is there a simple way to do this? Seems crazy and I’m coming from Madmapper which seems far easier for this sort of setup.
Hello,
I am huge fan of 3D mapping and TD is perfectly matched for that, not an approximation of image geometry but the real physical projection.
For a very mesured setting like yours you dont need to use camSchnappr but it could be used. The best thing to be acurate is to make the setting with a home made test pattern.
I will try to make you a quick template.
