Simulating an interactive installation in TouchDesigner

I’m pitching an installation to a local arts festival soon, and I’ve mocked up the size of the room to be built as well as the rough layout of projectors. I have an FBX animation of a person walking around to show scale and shadow etc.

I want to use this FBX model to displace the image and demonstrate some of the things that will be possible. Optical Flow, manipulating particles, etc. However, I don’t know how to set this up. Does anyone know how to achieve this? I’ve attached the .toe file here. Thanks for taking a look!

Hi @Final_Animal,

your real-world installation will include a camera to record visitors and use optical flow of the camera image to control the particles? In that case, add a Camera COMP at the position where the real camera would be mounted and render the scene from that point and treating that render as if it’s the input to your particle simulation.
