I have a A1M8 rplidar and i don’t know how connect il with touchdesigner. I’m on macos.

Itried the Github link but i’m an absolute beginner for the installation.

Can you explain where did you get stuck? Was it with the unquarantining part?

Hey Aaron,

Thanks for putting in the work to port to MacOS! I’ve managed to load the plugin successfully into the CPlusPlus chop - thanks to the tip on quarantine. When adding the serial COM port to the lidar, re-init, and hitting “active”, I get an instant framerate drop to 1, until I deactivate. I assume I’m reaching the lidar (as I can see it from ls /dev/tty.*), but am unsure how to debug it form here. Any suggestions?

Hii Aaron, do u know if it works on a mac processor: 2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7? Or either way how to make it work?
