I just moved my Touch Designer project to a new computer, and the Blackmagic in/out TOPs are not showing all the devices. This machine has a Decklink 8K Pro which should appear as 4 separate devices, but Touch can only see the first one. I tried removing the custom labels in Desktop Video Setup, that didn’t help. I created a brand new Touch project with just a Blackmagic in TOP — same issue there. I’m running Windows 10 with Desktop Video 12.1 and Touch 2021.15020.
Ah, nevermind! I just had to change the connector mapping in Desktop Video Setup. The first card was set to use SDI 1-4, so apparently this disables the other 3 cards.
