SOLVED: Midi Device recognized bot no input detected

Hi
im on Windows 10 and i had a MPK Mini MK 2 midi device connected and running.
during the show suddenly and seemingly without anything paticular happening the pads stopped working.
Disconnected and reconnected and it worked again, at least for some time.
Then the knobs stobbt as well and reconnecting didnt help.

Later i checked the Midi device dialog and the device is recognized but no inpus are detected in the midi-console.

I tried with a different computer and it worked fine.

Both PCs are on the 2023.11880 build.

I tried different usb Ports and different cables, nothing helped.

Would be great if you could help me out.

Do you have multiple softwares opened trying to make use of that MIDI device? Multiple instances of TouchDesigner?

no, just this one instance.

I also just uninstalled TD and reinstalled 2023.1180 but that didnt help as well.

Can you give a try to latest version and report back. Even in Non-Commercial mode.

I downloaded 2023.12120 and it still doesnt show inputs.
I installed ableton and it also doesnt show any inputs.
Seems that something happend with my pc during the show when it stopped working.

Dont know if you have any idea what it could be but i would appretiate any help.

Im quite frustrated by now because nothing seems to help but there are also no erros popping up anywhere.

So I reinstalled Windows and it works again, but that won’t be a long time solution since I have to reinstall all other applications again, but at least I can work wit my midi controller again
