SOLVED: Notch block does not load with 2023.11600 RTX A6000

I am preparing an installation that runs Notch blocks with the following server specs:
RTX A6000,
Intel Xeon,
Win 11,
TD2023.11600
TD Pro license

We have been in touch with Notch support and received the following block for testing purposes:

I have tried downgrading to TD2022.35320 to see if this block loads there, and it does!

It also loaded fine on at my workstation at home with TD2023.11600, RTX 4090, AMD 7950x, Win11, TD Pro.

Spoke just about too soon hah! I literally just got one more windows update (even though I’ve been spamming it since system setup) and that solved the issue with TD2023! Feel free to archive this thread.

Actually, I can provide some more insight, as 4K Notch blocks sent by the collaborator were not loading, and this is what Notch support has told us:

1 - Go to the Program Files/ Notch and find these two files:
WupiEngine32.dll
WupiEngine64.dll

2 - Copy and paste them into The bin folder within Touchdesigner’s programme files (for me this path: C:\Program Files\Derivative\TouchDesigner.2023.11600\bin)

3 - If TD was open, close and reopen it.

4 - Try importing your block into a new TD project and see if that has solved the issue

Problem was, that I only had Notch Trial installed (since we are using Playback licenses) and I didn’t have these files, so my colleauge had to send them to me.
