Couldn’t select a video device!

I am unable to reproduce at the moment. That being said I don’t have an AJA device around.
Are you able to reproduce in an empty / new file?

Thanks for your reply. I don’t know why but I couldn’t reproduce it right now, however VideoDeviceOutTOP > Device still doesn’t show any video devices. When I click the Device pulldown…
- Yesterday: A language list which I’ve attached on the previous post have appeard
- Today: Nothing appeard
Here is a video recorded just right now. I put a VideoDeviceOutTOP to a empty new file, clicked the Device pulldown, and it showed nothing.
When I switched back to the build 2021.15800, then it showed my BMD 8K Pro device properly.

The first error is very strange, possibly memory corruption.
For the second case where the menu is empty, what Blackmagic driver do you have installed?
@malcolm Ah sorry! I overlooked that the Decklink SDK version has been updated on 2022. Just right now I installed the Decklink SDK latest version 12.3, and then the Device pulldown showed the proper device list.
Still I can’t reproduce the first error, but there are no problems after I updated the Decklink SDK. So, I’m gonna mark this topic [SOLVED], and report it when I encountered the first error again.

Hello,
I just wanted to let know I have encountered the same problem (with no card actually present in system).
After upgrading Blackmagic Desktop Video from 12.1 → 12.2.2 problem disappeared as expected.
