SOP sphere texture stitching?

Hi guys,
I’m trying to apply a hrdi map (equirectangular texture) on a Sphere SOP but I have stitching on each poles of my sphere.


How can I solve this?

Converting to a cube map will give you results that are a little cleaner at the poles:

That said, unless you anticipate the camera seeing the poles of your moon you can also get decent results by turning on the divisions on your mesh and avoiding views of that portion of your scene.
