SOP TEXT: why it is not centered?

Hi all, ist it a bug?
I cennot get a centeret text form the TEXT SOP.
See the screemshot attached.

Do you mean ‘centered around 0,0,0’? Your Horizontal Align is Left, but to really center it based on teh geometry bounds I would append a Transform SOP and us the ‘Post’ parameter page, set X, Y, and Z to origin.

Hi Ben, the screenshot was wrong, obviously I tried also the “center” option, but no way.
The transform option is exactly what I did but I thinked there was a “native” way to get centered text.
