Hey,

Just been using the stoner tox from the pallete browser and it doesn’t seem to save properly. If I set the rows to 6, save it and restart Touch loads all mashed up. Does anyone else have this problem? or have a fix for it?

I had no issues with 077.18580. a later build 18660 is also available. can you give those builds a try?

Hi

Just a quick comment that stoner component is almost completely non-working. I’m on latest build of Jan 29/13. When initializing, only 4 rows and lower works. If I try to change it afterwords, it goes haywire :smiley: I would fix it myself, but too much time to go into it. If someone of derivative could look into it to make it robust, would be great. It’s a nice little stoner that really helps to do just first approach work, but it’s extremely touchy and non numerical/precision input makes it difficult.

I reprogrammed couple of components of TUIK to make a precision adjustment and as soon as I can skin it properly, I’ll put it to share.

Oh, and as a new comer that went dove into touch not longtime ago, I can say it’s an amazing environment. Already have 2 licenses and much more to come as I begin to produce my own hardware. Yooohooo!

Please, just look into stoner. It’s a lifer safer on time crunch, but now it’s really difficult to rely upon.

Hi there, I just did some testing and everything seems to be working fine when you use the default 4 rows. When you change it to 5 rows or higher, I do see some problems arising.

Can you clarify what you are referring to when you say “initializing”? Do you experience any issues with a new stoner with only 4 rows?

I unfortunately just learned about this stoner problem after loading up a TouchDesigner session that I had previously worked on for a few hours, only to have the stoners load completely wrong… very frustrating. :cry:

So it saves as long as I have 4 rows in the stoner. Is there any plan to fix this?
