Is there a way to to run SDXL_Turbo in local mode in Touch Designer. The current default requires webservice from Daydream. The web backend works but is extremely slow and expensive and not good for .mp4 30+/- fps at HD resolutions

Derivative does not have a native implementation for any diffusion models.
Have you looked at the Dot Simulate tools?
In particular LOPs…
