SUBMITTED:select DAT support a col index for row name filter

I often run into situations where I want to select a bunch of rows from a DAT, not based on the rownames in column 0, but rather based on the names in column 1 or 2. It would still include all columns in the final filtered output, it would just search in a different column.

this is really great, but if you could also specify the search column/row by name instead of just index, it would keep things even more dynamic.
