I’m working on a permanent installation where I need to control a projectors schedule using PJ Link over ethernet with a TCP/IP dat. I have the communication working properly, but it only works when I disable wifi.
The projector is connected directly to the computer, and I need the computer on wifi so it can be accessed remotely to update files and adjust the schedule through an admin panel I’m building. The computer will be located far enough away where there is not access to a wired internet connection.
For whatever reason I cannot get TouchDesigner to access the projectors IP address over the ethernet adapter if the wifi is turned on. I set the service order under the mac’s system preferences to have the ethernet adapter first and wifi second but still doesn’t work.
I’m hoping Im missing something simple here and would appreciate any guidance!
