Not directly but you can import any python library to get the job done.
It’s beyond my knowledge
@raganmd created a tool that can export a SOP to SVG:
krisnorthern on instagram has been using that in combination with the Trace SOP to export SVGs from TOP images for plotters.
Converting from SVG to PDF should be pretty easy.
