I just tried installing TouchDesigner 2023.12840 on an Windows 11 Pro Machine and got greeted by this:
Had to disable Smart App Control in the settings to be able to install TD at all.

this is a false positive caused by smart control app. All our installers are signed and should be trusted by such OS features.
