TD OSC to vvvv : what is the protocol used?

Hello all!
can’t figure out something really simple with TD

I am trying to send some values to another software over OSC protocol. (vvvv)
but the data seems to be not recognized.
Is there a specific formatting used by OSC in TD? is it ASCII? RAW?
How can I configure encode and decode?

It’s the standard OSC protocol as described by the protocol document. VVVV should have something that decodes it directly I would assume?

made it to work, there was another node that I had to attach to read the row data in vvvv. thank you!
