TD wont open when I connect a second screen to my laptop

I have a laptop which is connected in USB-C to a block to allow me to have more USB and HDMI output. When my laptop is connected to this block. TouchDesigner just doesn’t want to open. I can see in the task manager that TD opens a few seconds before crashing.

It’s not a big problem because I can unplug the block to open TD, but it’s annoying. Somebody got a solution

Thanks
