TDAbleton 2.3 Devices Not Found?

Hi there,

We are running TDAbleton to a remote Ableton machine. The computers connect fine but when I remotely place a TDA Device in the remote computer’s device channel strip, a script error displays on my end (attached). When I manually place the TDA device in the channel strip, the TDAbleton object in Touch does not recognize that the Device has been placed.

Any ideas?

Remotely placing devices only works if you have TDAbleton fully installed on the remote machine. Could that be your problem there? Try again with textport open in TD and post any error message you get.

Regarding manually placement and not finding the device, I’d need to look at the .als file. Does restarting Ableton fix that?
