I find it difficult to choose fonts with the text TOP, in text editors et al you can keep the font field highlighted and button through them with the down key until you find something you like. I dunno. Maybe everyone has memorised font names better than I but it would be a great thing to have.
Ive had trouble with this as well. So I created a slider that will cycle through the options giving me the name of the option as a text bg on the slider. I made a simple component that I find really useful when trying to get the desired effect out of a composite TOP. This way I don’t waste my time trying to click a million times to get what I want. You could easily transfer this idea over to the text SOP. I have attached it for you below

Yeah I could definitely just do it myself.
As a side note to your comp, are you aware of the “Preview Grid” parameter in the composite TOP? Shows you all the blend modes at once in the order of the menu.
I have noticed, however Its not quick enough and as a graphic designer, I would prefer to not have my eyes being confused between different types of compositing. If i need to compare I just hook two or three up next to each other. That way my pixels wouldnt be competing. Cheers
