Hello everybody.
This is really a beginner thing i guess… would really appreciate some help here.
I would just like to texture a sphere SOP with a Noise TOP. That’s not a big problem to do so, but i just can’t find out how to make it so that the clipping lines of the texture disappear, and the concentration of pixels at the poles…
I tried messing around with the cubemap TOP, but couldn’t quite get anywhere.

Try using a Texture SOP in your SOP network to change the texture coordinates and apply different mappings.
