I borrowed a DFMK 21AU04 CCD, which is an effective low latency input camera for Touch.
I was expecting the installed drivers to move me away from DirectShow …towards ImageSource drivers in the ‘videoin’ pull-down menu, but the camera favors the DirectShow driver, and the ImageSource driver produces no image.
Is this to be expected, or am I missing something? I was expecting ImageSource drivers to be the active driver.
Direct Show seems to work well.
