Timer CHOP - parameter python references and exports not updating

Parameter values on the Timer CHOP do not update, must force cook the Timer CHOP to pull latest referenced values, even though Active is ON and the Timer CHOP is cooking every frame.

This seems to be happening on all parameter values except for “speed” … for some reason when the Speed parameter value is updated via reference, it will cook all the other parameters so they also update.
