Touch Designer Player not playing properly

the correct one is in perform mode.
the other is played with TouchDesigner player.

I think the issue here is that TouchPlayer has the same limitations as Non-commercial, so your resolutions are limited to 1280x1280. This is true even if you have a Commcerial license installed on the machine.
