Hello new on TouchDesigner pro version 2023.12230, every time I launch the software, it closes automatically… Is there any solutions ?
(I updated my drivers)

11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-11370H
16,0 Go Dual-Channel DDR4
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
here’s also a DMP file! (using the samething as wetransfer)
This .dmp files doesn’t indicate a crash. It seems to be running fine here.
According to your account you haven’t created any TouchDesigner keys. How are you currently launching and running the software? Do you have another account you are using for your keys?
I would suggest you redownload and reinstall the software as a first step.

Ok let me know how that goes. Can you elaborate on what you mean it was pre-installed? Did you buy a computer with it already installed? Are you in a school lab? We’d like to ensure this issue doesn’t occur in the future for you.

yes, our teacher had to install everything on the lab computers. After a complete reinstallation, it now works without a hitch! thank you for your advices and your time
