For some reason after I’d updated my drivers, TouchDesigner 2023.11880 crashes and also crashes on the newest version as well. It mostly happens when I type into the new operator dialog box and my text does not match any available operators in that family. It has also happened when picking a color so it seems to be something with multiple windows from Touch but that’s only just a guess.
I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers, uninstall and reinstall Touch, and finally do both in different orders but to no avail.

i just had the same problem. In my case it was the HDR option in the nvidia drivers that were switched on that was wreaking the havok. i turned it off and everything returned to normal. YMMV
oliver.
Unfortunately HDR is turned off on my control panel :/. Tried turning it on and off but still freezing
We’ve been seeing reports of this crash by various people recently. Every time so far the fix has been related to the driver versions. Can you try rolling back to an older driver and see if that fixes it?
Ok I switched to NVIDIA 555.99 from the latest at 566.33 and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks for the help!
