I just updated the newest touchdesigner but it always freezing as long as I connect a CHOP to TOP.
I have contacted the dell tech support and updated the driver to the newest. The problem still exist. Dell suggests me to contact touchdesign support.
Anyone could help me ?

Does it just freeze or are you getting any error message if you force quit the process ? or .dmp file ?
Could you please share the complete specs of your machine, especially the GPU? Feels like something is missing in what you shared. Do you have an Nvidia GPU ? If yes, what is the Nvidia Driver version ?
Could you please try to downgrade your GPU driver and let us know if that solved it ?
If that doesn’t help, could you possibly look into any “bloatware” installed on your Dell computer? such as some kind of “Alienware Control Center” or something of the sort?
