TouchDesigner stopped working

Hi there folks, new TD user here, was learning the basics the other day, having loads of fun with TD, then i went to sleep (leaving td open on view page of some component). The next morning i come and i see my computer have updated from win 10 to win 11… ever since that update, now 1 week since, i cant launch TD… i get this error “Failed to initialize Vulkan.Reason:Unable to enumerate physical devices.Please ensure you have the latest drivers instaled…”
So, i have tried updating my drivers, reinstaling the drivers a few times - no help. I tried to instal volcan drivers as i have seen in some post it helped one dude, but for me after TD wont load at all, only in task manager it goes into process page as open app but its not open… i recovered to Win10 and basicly tried again the same process… nothing helps as of yet, really sucks as i had good motivation for learning TD deeply going, and all this motivation blown away with this annoying blockage out of nowhere… any suggestions of what else i could try to do? i use laptop with nvidia GTX 1660 GPU, Ryzen 4000cpu. Should i try to reinstall windows? this seems like last option i would wanna take of long process of reinstaling everything, but by so far it seems i would have saved shitload of time if i just went windows reinstall method… sorry for bad language btw.

In your C:/Windows/System32 directory, there may be a .exe call Vulkaninfo.exe, or vulkaninfo64.exe or somethign like that. Can you try running that and seeing what the output says?

Since you have AMD and Nvidia in the same machine, are you tried applying these settings from Nvidia help?
