The application doesn’t open at all on my laptop. When I click on the shortcut or .exe, the process would start but nothing pops up despite the application being visible on task manager. I have a Windows 10 laptop with a Ryzen 7 4800H CPU and a 2060M.
When reporting issues, please include the build number of TouchDesigner you are using.
You will need to update your AMD grphics drivers (from AMD.com) as that CPU has a build-in GPU whihc is often giving owners of these machines headaches. Following that you should also update the Nvidia GPU drivers (from Nvidia.com).
Lastly, as will all Windows laptops, you should look for a remove all bloatware (you can find info in the forum like mentioned here: I don't know my graphics card - #5 by JetXS
