Hi. Mine was the same. I just fixed it from Nvidia Graphics Control Panel. I changed the settings as defaults

First one says something like “Rules for preview”. I changed it to “Let application decide”
For PhysX I changed back to automatic processor selection.

I hope works as well for you too.

@andrewlim Just solved this on another friend’s machine, their Display Scaling was set to something other than 100% in Windows Display Settings. Changing it to 100% fixed the black startup windows for them.
