[TouchEngine] cannot reference on custom parameter from parent()

Hello all,

I found an issue on if EngineComp is created the custom parameter that is reference to lfoCHOP values on custom parameter and inside the tox file that is contantsCHOP reference to that custom parameter. But the chop value cannot be change in this situation.
