I am interested in integrating Touchengine into my Unreal Engine project. On reading the documentation it states that Touchdesigner must be installed on local machine. Does this mean that Touchengine can not be compiled into a final Unreal package and deployed on end users device (that wont have Touchdesigner installed)
Hi - that’s correct. One thing you can do is to package a TouchDesigner installation alongside the component you will be loading, in a directory named “TouchEngine” - but the machine will still require a suitable TouchDesigner license (anything but Non-Commercial).
