Transform a SOP the same way RayTK does an Iterated Transform of an object (or Cinema4D does moextrude)?

Is there a way to do this? I have a 3D object created in SOPs and I’d like to give it that kind of RayTK ‘iterated transform’ that looks like fractal divisions of the object.

  • Is there a way to do that within SOPs? It seems odd that there isn’t. You can do this in other 3D software (eg. moextrude in C4D does exactly this, I think extrude faces in Notch is possibly how you’d do it there).
  • Is there a way to translate a SOP or GEO into RayTK’s operators? I don’t think there is but just checking, maybe if one were a real CHOP wizard it would be possible to SOP>CHOP>RayTK?
